We only collect information you choose to give us, through the contact form on our Talk to us page. This includes your name, email address, and any project details you share, such as your industry, website type, expected traffic, and revision needs.

We don't use cookies for advertising or tracking, and we don't run analytics scripts that can identify you. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from malicious traffic, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie for that purpose.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and scope your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we process your contact details to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.

Third-party services we use

• Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, and security for this website. It also gives us cookieless, aggregate visitor statistics (like page views and general location) that cannot identify you individually. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
• Web3Forms processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. It does not store your data beyond what's needed to complete that delivery.
• Zoho Mail hosts our email inbox, where your message and contact details are received.

International transfers

Some of our providers (such as Cloudflare, Web3Forms, and Zoho) may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or, if we begin working together, for the duration of that relationship. You can request deletion at any time.
